Last year I went to shoot horse racing with my dad. I love horses and this was something what I really enjoyed. I love photography and I love horses so to be on horse racing so near to those beautiful animals and with my camera in my hands it was something that I never forget. We had really amazing time with my dad there.
Velka pardubicka is the oldest and most famous cross-country steeplechase in continental Europe. First running of this steeplechase took place on 5th November 1874 so it has got a strong tradition and is a major event in the Czech social calendar.

I had never thought that it can be soo exciting to shoot horses. I love horses but I never imagine how it is to be so near to it. It’s really a race that you have just got to go and to see that amazing atmosphere. It is really great racing and there isn’t anything to compare it with…
We had beautiful weather at the beginning so between the races I was relaxing and laying on the ground as u can see on the picture below. :) At the end there was little bit of rain so I put raincoat and I still enjoyed it soo much.. I made some nice pictures even during the rain and soon I will post them here too.
I was really happy that I had a chance to see our best rider Josef Vana. He is a Czech legend, six times winning rider of the Velka pardubicka. He has also trained the winner six times most recently with horse Tiumen in 2009.

It was my first shooting of some model and I must say that I enjoyed it soo much! I loove to shoot behind the camera and Zdenka is really very easy to shoot. She is amazing model but also very nice person so it was really easy with her. ;)

Some time ago I got a call from a famous and very beautiful model Zdenka Podkapova. We didn’t know each other before but I known her from the pictures. She called me to ask me if I want to make some pictures with her. She has her official websites for some time already www.sexy-zdenka.com and she is making them all by her self what I really admire..
She called me to ask me if I want to make some pictures with her that I would make pictures of her and than she will make pictures of me. So something like double shot. :) And of course I said yes. I really loved that idea and because I love to shoot not only like model but especially on the oposite side of a camera I was really happy she contacted me.
So we arranged our first photoshooting at her beautiful house to try it. We were thinking if we can do it than we will fly together to some island and we will shoot there many sets for our websites.
So few weeks ago I arrived to her house.. I must say I was quite nervous from it.. ;)
First we started to prepaire ourself. Make up, hair, mmm that was quite easy, we are quite used to do it and after soo many years of shooting I think we quite know how to prepaire us. :) But than..than prepaire the lights.. Mmm before I was thinking that we should also use the daylight, but I arrived little bit late so we didn’t have the day light anymore. :) So we had to start our first shooting with the lights.
Zdenka told me she want to go to an island because she is not sure about the lights and she thought that we will not be able to shoot with them.. But I said to her: “Zdenka don’t worry.. I am very technically oriented, we can do it!” :) LOL
So after we prepaired make up and hair than Zdenka showed me her lights. So I asked her if she has the transmitter and she a¨told me she don’t.. So I was like uuuuuups :) but we are clever girls so we decided to use continuous light. Mmm we didn’t have other options so we used what we had and these pictures are the results..
I think they are not bad.. ;)
